Although I was satisfied this time around, in my previous visits the service department forgot to reset my maintenance reminder on my screen and it was relatively annoying.
Aside from that, everything has been great- Ivan was awesome, Kenneth is always helpful.
Jaime gave exceptional service. I have been a Cerritos Nissan customer for 12 years and have had prior not so great experiences which made me reluctant to go in for service. When I scheduled my desperately needed appointment with Jaime I was completely blown away with how attentive he was to my vehicle. He kept me informed and assisted with signing me up for sunbit to help ease my mind of the hefty bill. I will be back and going more often because of him.
Exceptional customer service. Eric was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable regarding our Frontier. When I informed him of my concerns He took the time to listen and explain exactly what he was going to do. Within a couple of hours my vehicle was ready and the issues were resolved.
