I am extremely excited about the customer service experience I had at Cerritos Nissan. Kenneth has been my service advisor for years and this recent experience was phenomenal. Kenneth was able to meet the needs I was concerned about and consistently followed up with me regarding the service and repairs of my vehicle. Brought my car in for its first oil change and detail. Was told that Nissan would arrange for an Uber to take me to work. After waiting 40 minutes I ordered a Lyft from my own account. I was an hour late for work. I was told to text my service tech when I was done with work so a Uber could be sent to bring me back to Nissan. After waiting 10 minutes for a confirmation I called Nissan and spoke to another service tech who ordered an Uber for me. I believe Jonathan wasn’t responsible for all of the delays. It was just frustrating and time consuming.
Brian was absolutely great! I’ve received service at other Nissan dealerships and it has never been this fast, this straightforward and this friendly! I usually dread going to dealerships for service. My experience with Brian has definitely changed my mind! At least at Nissan in Cerritos! Amazing customer service and work!
Carlos did an outstsnding job
I brought my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder for regular maintenance and turns out there was 2 recalls on it immediately I had it taken care of by Carlos Fuentes it was great to have met him, this Cerritos Nissan has excellent service. Cerritos Nissan needs to hire more honest, respectful, caring, and with excellent people skills like Carlos and his team.
