They damaged the side of my vehicle and hoped I wouldn't notice. Now I have to wait until they investigate until they fix my car which is unacceptable.

I made an appointment for an air bag recall during the week and to check my car on something else, the guy got all my information and told me that will take approximately 4 hrs, so at 6 hrs later I call to find out what’s going on with my car, never received a call from an associate. They said got a wrong # on file. The associate never recheck the phone number to make sure got the right information and at the end didn’t have the air bag. This means I have to reschedule my visit again. What about my time end my gasoline that I spent? Why the associate never check parts department to verify if air bag is in stock and could call me and let me know that need to be rescheduled until the bag is there? And not only that but the mechanic left the engine air filter housing not locket it was open and makes rattle noise that I checked on the back home because something was not right.
Management need to train better the associates and ask mechanics to pay attention on his duties.
