I have stated multiple times since I bought my vehicle that my brakes make a squicky noise and this is my 4th time that I'm told nothing is wrong and I pay full price for service. Once I leave I hear the same noise from my brakes and is annoying and embarrassing that my new cars brakes sound horrible.
Thank you for keeping clean and make sure service is fast. Brian was very attentive and helpful. I used to take my car to Nissan of Tustin and they were rude, but here at Cerritos Nissan the service is exceptional.
