Delay after delay. Was i kept informed, No. I literally had to chase the guy for updates. Stood outside the pick up while several workers felt that their personal conversation was more important then attending customers. What I hated the most was this guy from the sales department harassing customers into buying a new car. I understand his in sales but when a customer tell you, I am not interested, the guy should move on. If I am going to encounter this guy every time my car needs service then I rather take my business elsewhere. All of this occurred while in the customer lounge.

I had the worst experience ever. I lost all my trust in this dealership. I tried to speak to management about my experience and they kept telling me they were busy. I really felt like I didn’t matter. I’ve been a Nissan customer for a while - I mean I returned for a Nissan just a year ago. I am thinking I made the wrong decision now.
