Customer service was very poor this time, I waited a long time to pick my car up while victor made multiple phone calls in front of me and did not even acknowledge me standing there. and I woke up the morning after service with a flat tire so I had to call AAA and go back again. This is the second time this has happened, one of them after buying new tires. Will not be returning to Cerritos Nissan for service.

For the second time in a row, I feel like my time and loyalty was not valued. I was promised ride arrangements to return to the dealership to retrieve my car. But the ride was not arranged and was left to me to get myself back to the dealership. It would have been nice to be picked up and not have to pay for another Lyft out of pocket. It would have been nice that failure was acknowledged and taken off my service charge.

Jonathan was great as soon as we walked in the place. After about 3 hours he got us a rental and had our car ready the next day. He went above and beyond to insure he keep us in the loop of our car’s progress.. awesome job
