Air wasn't add to tires but stated it was. Complimentary car wash didn't happen but was stated on paper work. Felt like we were being pressured to make repairs that could have waited. I feel that the service was subpar for a dealership. It also seems all these things needed to be fixed after the warranty ran out.
Was told it would only take 1-1.5 hrs and ended up taking 3.5 hrs. If I would’ve know it was going to take that long I wouldn’t have waited around.

Eric was great! He explained every detail of what was going on with the recall and what services were being performed. And most importantly he kept updated so I didn’t have to call him once and he gave me his cell if needed.

I have been coming to this auto service location for years and know that Tony will meet my individual needs . I have had other service rep that were not as knowledgeable and did not possess the willingness to commit to finding a solution to my concerns.
