Ivann went above & beyond in his service. The day before, called to confirm the appointment. When I arrived, he was right there and got my car in service right away. He gave a time frame of an hour & a half but just 40 minutes later, he texted me giving me the results of the inspection and the service. He then said the car would be ready after they washed it. As I picked up my car, I appreciated his service so much that I told Ivann I would ask for him the next time my car needed service.
