I paid for a Loaner vehicle thinking I was getting a rental , even though the paperwork said rental “ picked up 7:16 AM on June 25 return by 7:16 AM June 26 “ I actually had 2 vehicles being serviced by Nissan (one at Duarte Nissan, the other at your facility , Cerritos Nissan). When I picked up my Rogue a few hours later, I was told I had to turn in my rental car OR you keep my Rogue and I keep the rental for the duration for the agreement. Wait. What?? Of course all this after filling up the gas tank so I could run a few more errands to make sure I didn’t have to stop in the morning when I returned the vehicle. Sure, you refunded me $20 but I actually paid $38 for a LOANER!! Your paperwork and your practices are intentionally misleading. This was my first time and last time at Cerritos Nissan. Your work ethics and customer service **** as well as your pride of business. Disgusting. Cerritos Nissan could have eaten the $38 as it was Your fault. I canceled my Enterprise reservations but I had to go back and rent a car and pay another $30. So thank you. “Another Unhappy Nissan Customer”
