My door was broken upon picking it up from your facility. Instead of taking responsibility of the damage I was mislead and lied to about said damages. I’m still in the process of contacting a supervisor or possibly corporate to have this issue resolved. Also while paying for my service it was $20 more than what I was advised it would cost when I agreed to the service and also I was doubled charged ( the double charge I will wait a few days to see if they both post since at the moment it says pending). At the time when I was paying it was not a great concern and if my card was double charged it can be and easily fixed. However when you add this to horrendous way my broken door has been handled this is now just insult to injury. If you/anyone would like to contact me further about my experience that is more than welcome, but to be honest I would only have negative things to say.

I was never explained any results from my car inspection only after I ask she she said everything is good before I've always been explained about all inspection on vehicles and plus my rear wiper blade was broken off my car I was given the keys without explanation I just happened to check my car my self that's very bad service that never happened to me before there at Nissan ????
I was very pleased with the precautions that were taken for Covid virus. Everyone was wearing masks and Eric was exceptional as always.
