Jaime provided excellent service and made everything as easy as possible.
My vehicle was in your service department due to transmission failure for four days the vehicle is under warranty which I was eligible for loaner vehicle I was told by Brian that it is not available the I had my vehicle towed in but he will call me the next day I never got that call back In fact I’m the one who called Brian he was not at his desk I was told that they will leave him a message the bottom line I never got a call back. The only call I got was a sell person from Nissan asking me to trade in my vehicle for a new Nissan with the pour service you guys have no thank you

Tony was amazing. He communicated with me about what was happening with my vehicle. It was raining hard when I picked up my vehicle and he rearranged other vehicles so it would be moved under the cover, that way I wouldn't be out in the rain to get into my vehicle. It's the little things that make a big difference.
Came in for regular maintenance service and seat belt repair. Edward originally did not know that the seatbelt was covered by the warranty. I challenged this and he was able to confirm that his original assessment was inaccurate. This caused a return visit. When I returned for the 2nd time, I waited 45 minutes to only be informed that the part was not available. Originally, Edward asked if anyone informed me if the part came in. I asked who is responsible in communicating this to me, he then admitted that it was his responsibility. He then recommended I return a 3rd time and ensured me that he would make sure that I was taken cared of. Come to find out, on my return, he was off for the day. With very poor notes, Jacob had to pick up the pieces and figure out how to fulfill Edward’s promise to me. Edward lacks accountability, integrity and effective communication.
Jaime Nava is an exceptional service representative. He truly makes his customers feel like family.
Eric is the best service manager, took care of my needs he taught me a lil about tires, he rally took his time to show me the problem.

We waited for 3 hours to have our battery installed. We had an appointment for 9 am and we didn’t leave until 12. The service advisor wrote down 11:31 and he said he’s getting my car. We waited until 11:51 pm so I finally spoke to the Service director Mr. John Meyer and checked if the car was ready that we finally got our car. I can’t believe it took 3 hours to change the battery. This is my second Nissan and the battery died for less than 2 years. Service is horrible. They told us it will take an hour only.
Eric was amazing. He took care of me very well. He was very quick in taking my car in for service and was reliable when responding to my concerns about my sound system. I trust him and appreciate his help today.
