Tony gave me very good prompt service. I consistently receive good service from Tony Fears every time I take my vehicle in for service.
I dropped of my car chevy car on a Thursday.
No sense of urgency to get it repaired from nissan rep or chevy rep.
I asked for an update daily, no clear answers.
I finally went to the dealer on Tuesday, had to walk over to chevy to get an update myself & confirm the status and completion.
I returned the rental, paid 1 day out of pocket.Due to minor repairs, it should not have taken 6 days?
Could of been a better experience.

Excellent customer service, hard to find these days.
7 days ago, I brought my car in for service. Today, I came back for an additional service. My report afterwards was completely different from the one I got only a week ago. Today’s mechanic found 5 additional services that were not noted a week ago, including completely different brake pad readings. This creates mistrust. And btw, stop having your sales dept call me after every service visit. Just stop.
Brian took good care of me. He listened to my complaints and Dealt with them accordingly. He gets kudos from me.
Victor Silva had great customer service, was able to keep me updated with everything that was being done to my car & called me as soon as the car was ready. Once I arrived at the dealer he was able to inform me in person in detail what was serviced.
It is a pleasure dealing with Eric. Not only is he 100% professional he is knowledgeable and clearly explains everything.
Tony is always very helpful and knowledgeable about what my vehicle needs. He make sure my car stays up and running smoothly.
They took so long to give my car. By da way they left da cap of the batterie. N my battery was not fix I'm missing pieces. I hope I get an answer or well service with full tank n I got pic of it

I was there 3 hours , for you guys just to inspect the brakes and another 5 hours to fixed them ????
The experience was positive, I appreciated the speediness, cooperation, and communication from Jonathan Ortiz.
Jacob was very helpful and treated me very well. However, when I picked up my car the two front doors had damage around the window frames as if something pull them. I took pictures and Jacob said he would help me get resolved. My vehicle did not have that damage when I dropped of the car. In addition, after picking up my car and driving for about 5 miles my car started smelling like smoke and smoke was going out of it. I expect to get these issues resolved. Thank you
