Honestly, it **** that service advisors (men) always make me feel so stupid when I complain about some issue on my car. I was a service advisor @ Carson Nissan and I know what I’m talking about. And my girlfriend is a tech for Mercedes. I bring my car here bc it’s the most convenient place for my car. But man, Brian and the advisor b4 him really make me feel stupid. Have a better attitude plz. Customer service is essential. Don’t make women feel stupid. I know why my battery needed to be replaced. I know it was measuring at low voltage. Girls know about cars too ya know? Neutralize that gender bs.
