Jaime is a very good service representative. My only problem is your mechanics. This is my second time taking my car in and mentioning the very loud squeaking noise every time I brake. Both times they said everything was fine and both time the squeaking got louder

Very poor customer service misscomunication and very long wait on the service delivery.
So, when I arrived, my concerns were that when I’m driving, there is a noise that was new when I turn. That was my main reason for coming in, instead, many minor things were done that I could have gotten done some where else at a lower price. I’m on a fixed income and do not expect to be charged $1000.00 and still leave with the same problem.
He went above and beyond my expectations.
I asked Edward if Uber service was offered and he said no not anymore. As he was helping me at the service desk I overheard another service tech tell his customer that she could be drop off some where 10 miles or less. I mentioned this to Edward, he asked his counterparts and I was able to get a ride home . I don’t think this was his fault as it appears that he is new. I have bought 3 cars from this dealership and I don’t appreciate this. Uber shouldn’t be offered to Certain group/race of people but to all that have the type of service that allows Uber to be offered

Jaime was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was Thorough and communicated the status of the work being performed on my vehicle. When my vehicle was ready he explained the work performed in detail. He was pleasant, he was customer focused, he provided excellent customer service.
