Eventhough I was waiting for about 20 minutes past my appointment and the one I was supposed to meet with was a no show, I was still satisfied. Brian was great! He apologized more than once for the wait and I appreciated that.
Brian is such a sweetheart. He was raised well. One can’t have great customer service skills automatically. He is genuinely nice and very professional. He listened, repeated to make sure he heard my concerns; asked if there was anything else I needed to report about the vehicle; it was flawless. He quoted the price; kept me updated on the vehicle and gave the same great customer service when I returned...always with a cute smile. He told me what was done to the vehicle. Lifted up the hood and explained to me the repairs. I went along with it like I understood. LOL...he was just great. He even put on my windshield wipers for me. He’s a keeper. Give him a raise.
When I took the van in the associate was to busy to take care of me. Someone else had to do the paperwork. When I retrieved the car it seemed like it was everything in a rushed. I paid for a diagnostic service he didn’t even give me a copy of it. I had to request it. It just seemed like he was more concerned of getting me out of the office instead of making sure I was satisfied with the service.
Tony Fears took his time and listen to what the problem was. He then made sure to get the problem fixed.
