The message my car was ready was vague, leading me to wait almost an hour longer than necessary. Jacob was great but the message wasn’t.
Tony is the best! I’ve been coming to him for years because I trust him and his recommendations. I know I can get repairs done somewhere else for a fraction of the price, but I keep coming to Cerritos Nissan because of Tony. My wife recently bought a Nissan & I sent her to Tony as well. She was instantly impressed by him as well. As long as he is there, we will continue to bring our Nissan’s there for service. Give this man a raise!
