Yes, I tried to make an appointment on-line on Friday for Saturday am. However, it wouldn't go through. I brought my car in around 7 and I was grateful that Jacob was there. I didn't wait long at all and he was very welcoming, friendly and professional. He explained things excellently, was personable, efficient and again, I was well-pleased with his outstanding service.
