My experience with the cerritos team was very smooth & quick , especially with the check-in process, also liked that mr vargas was very informative on what my vehicle may possibly need to keep the vehicle in great shape. Other than that the service was curbside at it's best. Definitely pandemic proof!

My experience was horrible...the problem that I came in to get fixed was not fixed but instead I was diagnosed with getting something else done. My 2004 Armada was having ABS brake problems and I informed the advisor of the problem. Having been major problems of the armadas I would think that my explanation of what was happening would be enough to know that their is something going on with the brake booster. My brake pads were at 4mm and rotors are fine but was advised this was the problem which in fact I know it wasn’t the problem. I don’t go into the dealer service department completely dumbfounded and to not listen to what I was saying the problem was is insulting!!! This problem is famous for the armadas and just hearing the description of the problem I would think the service advisor and even the serve technician would know exactly how to fix this common problem!!! Wow what a headache
