Ivann was exceptional, he was very attentive to my questions. All around good service provider for my car.
although not their fault when they contacted us that our car was ready and problem resolved. however, upon checking if the rear door automatically would open with key or button on acceptance of vehicle, the problem was not actually resolved and due diligence to verify if the possible needed parts is covered by warranty not done while assessment was ongoing (it was part of initial conversation on check in)

My car was finished at 10:54am. It was not delivered to me until 11:40am. Jacob “thought” I already left. Then the manager went around asking if everyone is happy with the service, but he totally ignored me & didn’t ask me.
