After a frustrating day of misquoted pricing and the source of my cars issues being an electrical issue caused by an aftermarket alarm that we were never aware Nissan I stalled, Jaime told me he was 80% confident I would get some form of compensation for this electrical failure. This ended up being nothing but lip service as Jaime told me later that the 80% confidence applied to customers who came in a year after Holman Nissan closed and vehicles were purchased much more recently.
He was great!!!! He explained everything to me.

I purchased my car 2 months ago and have had nothing but issues with the car. I have brought it into service about 7 times now to have it looked up. The last three times I have gone in with the same issue. Ivann is very helpful and always communicates the issues my car is having. Unfortunately due to manufacturer warranty things are not always able to be resolved. Fortunately the last time I took my car in they were able to fix two of the issues. I do still have one issue that has not been resolved so I will continue to take my car in. Overall, I am happy with the service I receive from Ivann as he is always very helpful. My hope is that I do not have anymore issues with this car as I just purchased it two months ago.
