Ivann is always so respectful and informative. He is always patient with all of my questions about my car and will to re explain if I do not understand the first time. I believe he is a trustworthy and hard worker that puts the customer first. Definitely a pleasure working with him!

I had the opportunity to say "Thank you for your service", to him personally when he made sure I received my car within the estimated time he said my car would be ready. (I was replacing a dying battery with a new one. And purchasing 2 new batteries for my car key remotes).
And he was also on point with the estimated preliminary amount I would be expected to pay. The difference was less than $5 !!! ????

Good quick and friendly service.
The service was to include a tire rotation and accurately check tire pressures. The recommended tire pressure for my vehicle as per the owners manual was to be 34 psi. Upon returning from the dealership I doubled checked the tire pressures as my vehicle was riding rough and handling poorly. The tech put 49, 49.5, 50 and 50.5 in each of the four tires. In addition, I do not believe the tire rotation was actually done. This level of service fell far below my expectations.
Very helpful. Got us taken care of quickly and kept us updated at what was going on with the car.
