The car is fine. I would suggest that the next time your employees are having a loud and heated disagreement they find some place else to yell at each other where customers won’t be forced to listen to it.
Jaime took care of all my issues. He was knowledgeable,insightful, very helpful and kind. Just what the paying customer should expect. He has given me faith that good people still exist in big business and most of all they still care about the customer. I wish more people followed his example. Because of Jaime I intend to end my acquaintance with Carson Nissan, tell everyone I know about the great service I experienced and bring all of my business to Cerritos Nissan.

I had an appointment for a recall..if you make am appointment with me why would I have to wait for a part. I was getting pressed for bringing the rental back but its your guys fault as to why I needed a rental in the first place...this isn't a complaint on David this is a complaint against your guys process...maybe next time for a recall have the part available
Eric was very helpful and I appreciated that he went through the list for each of the services made to my vehicle. He made me feel very comfortable with what needed to be done. Plus he was very courteous.
