Paloma Albanez, made the whole experience comfortable. Walking into service I was stress out but she said, that she will keep me updated about my car and so she did. The next day I was able to pick up my car and she went over the details and what I should keep an eye out for.

Jacob was very thorough and professional and I appreciate how he handled our car problem with our extended warranty provider. Although I’m not sure our heater issue is fixed. We will keep monitoring it in the next few days.
