My car was kept and repaired on for four days. I received a major tuneup and service on a major oil leak. After one day of completion my oil leak was not repaired. It is still leaking as I write this comment. I paid over $4000 which is no problem but I expect my car to be fixed properly. Very dissatisfied with a corporation that I respect. During the process I had to keep calling asking for updates which became frustrating to find out that my service was not repaired. I am disappointed with Cerritos Nissan’s dealership. My service agent was Jacob Vargas.
