My appointment was at 7:00am I arrived at 6:50am and the staff didn’t get released from a speech until 7:30am. The service lot area filled up with customers patiently awaiting what appeared to be a service department manager’s speech to his staff to finish. I’m sure the service manager had important things to cover with his staff but that shouldn’t be at the cost of the customers time who arrived on time to their service appointment.
Disappointed. When I received my car back after the service was completed and as I drove home there was a thumping noise on the wheel driver side I thought it was a flat tire or something. But as I inspected the tire I noticed that the bolts were all loose luckily I was not in an accident or something.
I have no complaints...I was very happy with the service and I will continue to bring my car if needed....I have no complaints..Keep up the good work...I am Liz Lomeli and I am very happy with the work I got from my Nissan Altima..Keep up the good job..Be Safe..
