I mentioned upon arrival that a front light was out and needed replacement. Service person said would be checked, but light was still out when car was picked up. On a positive note, service was done on time. Also, saw no info on summary sheet as to type/quality of oil was installed. It should be standard/synthetic mix.

My front end is Jerking all over the place since you aligned it. Also you said parts were need to properly align the vehicle. Instead of ensuring a proper repair you just aligned my vehicle and charged me. This is compensation unacceptable and unprofessional

I purchased a new firs ranger from you guys and front bounces a lot my tires thread wore out on the inside and ford did not replace them with new tires to fix the bouncing.

First let me say Mike is great. He keeps us informed and aware of issues in the car that need attention. I probably would not bring my cars all the way to KGF if Mike was not my service writer. But yesterday we brought the car in to fix a thermostat. Today as soon as we drive off the lot it now has an idle problem that was not there before this fix. Now we need to bring it back again to fix this new issue.
