Mike Mills is my go to guy with my personal vehicle I purchased from Ken Grody Ford and my Union vehicle we bought from Ken Grody Ford. With Mike I get top notch treatment and the job is done right. I told the salespeople and Mike I would like to buy a new vehicle but as long as Joe Biden is our President I will not buy one because of the uncertainty he brings along with his Liberal Agenda and policies.

My service advisor upsold me. I told him I wanted to spend as little as possible to fix the problem as I was selling my truck. He insisted that I get 6 new spark plugs. That really turned out to be a full tune up at the ridiculous price of $695. I did not request or agree to a tune up. How does 6 spark plugs cost that much. When I asked him why he didn’t just replace the 2 spark plugs that were bad he said it was good maintenance. He just didn’t listen or care about my main concern which was to spend as little as possible to fix the problem. I am totally disappointed and would never buy a vehicle from Ken Grody or service one there ever again. The spark plugs were $114. The rest was labor and I know now what it feels like to be ripped off. Shame on you Ken Grody!
