Chad was really straight to the point and I respect that. Also, it was my first time getting service done that Ken Grody, and I didn’t know that I should wait in line to submit my vehicle for service. That is nothing on Ken Grody, though, it was just my first time doing it, so it was a learning experience. Now I know! Also, Tory helped me out with a question I had while reception was busy. Great team at Ken Grody.

I clicked on no only because of one comment I want to make. My service from Chad was excellent. He could not have been better. Just hoping to suggest a policy where if a customer spends $2200 such as I did having my vehicle there for 3 days, you could deliver the vehicle washed and clean. Doing so is of minimum cost. If you don't have a washer on site you can get a contract with a local car wash which might cost $4 a vehicle. Yet the impression of service and care for my vehicle would earn you 10x that in loyalty and goodwill for next time. A dirty dusty vehicle is the first impression of the completion of your service. It is the first evidence that can support or contradict your efforts to provide excellence. I am very happy with my service. But isn't it kind of a shame that the dirty vehicle is what I saw first and what is sticking to the .Emory of my experience? Thanks for allowing me to share this. Mark B
