After they fixed one of the headlights i took the car home and noticed that the other side blinker is not working. What my problem is that i now need to go back to the dealership and waste money and time because i use the vehicle for work on a daily basis. This is the second time i have to take the vehicle multiple times for similar circumstances.

Chad Larson at Ken Grody Ford in Carlsbad, California, along with the service manager Hector, are absolutely phenomenal! They have treated us with respect and care, as if we are part of their family. Truly above and beyond communication and service! The bar has been set so high with these 2 guys, that it will be difficult for anyone else to meet the standards that have been set by them!

The Ken Team is professional and doesn’t waste time. I sent my car to another local dealership first because it was closer after having my car a week and no fix was told to bring it back in 6-8 weeks. I made an appointment that day with Ken Grody where I bought my Fusion (should have done in the first place) and only had to be with my car overnight. Quick efficient, communicative and pleasant to deal with. North Xounty Ford could take a lesson here. Thank you
