The stigma that surrounds dealerships is astounding and sad. Especially when the gossip is that the dealerships charge more than local mechanics. I am so impressed with Ken grody carlsbad!This location is so amazing. They truly take care of you. Now, of course right now their shuttle service is inactive Due to Covid-19. But, still. i feel like I'm family here at this location.

I assumed they would fix all problems with my car, but instead simply told me my tires needed aligned rather than aligning them. Also told me my fluids would be topped off, but my brake fluid is still about half full.

It’s hard for me to be satisfied when I’ve brought my vehicle in 8 times and it’s been in the shop for over weeks for the same issue. Besides that multiple other issues keep appearing. With routine service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) you guys are great. With anything more complicated it’s hard to trust the work will get done correctly if at all. I hear more and more excuses about how things are working properly when in the past your team has admitted there are issues with the vehicle.
