We were traveling from our home in Ankeny, IA to Nashville when we drove or an object in the road. The wheel was damaged and the tire went flat. Both were damaged beyond repair. Eric worked hard to get our tire and wheel processed with Intire. Intire was having a problem processing our request. Eric had to make several phone calls, texts and emails before Intire decided to pay our claim. I think GM should find another company for insurers to use. Thanks Eric, for doing a great job and helping us.

Vehicle was picked up at my employer,no vehicle left for me to use if mine wasn't repaired before I got off work. I called service to see if I would get it back stating the time I needed it, and was told it would be there. It was finished with repair at 2,I get off at 3:30,and had to wait till 4 before my vehicle showed up. Very unhappy.

I should not have sat for one and half hours then have to go ask when my car was going to be ready. I asked when I made the appointment if I would be done by 1430. I was told yes. Why not give me updates on TBE service?? I witness them giving others updates. I guess my car wasn't as important

We love dealing with you guys but havnt been so fortunate to stay away after we bought our dodge mini van. We have had to bring it back 2 times now and my only complaint is when i got there to pick up the van it wad totally on empty anf i had to wait for someone to put gas in it. And im certin that it had a little more than a quart tank when we left it.
