I called with no heat or defrost in my equinox Jansen’s were able to get me right in give me a loaner car to drive and had my car finished within 2 hrs. Now I have very warm heat!!!

Would you be able to install something to keep my keys from hitting the concrete when I drop them in the drop box. Those keys are not cheap. Thanks.
