The psi was low in one tire on my 2019 Traverse. I first became aware of this by an email from Onstar. I had driven the vehicle that day without any problems but it was now evening. Early the next day, I called Eric at Jansen Chevrolet and he was able to fulfill my request for a 4:00pm appointment that same day. When I arrived home from work, I started the Traverse and the psi was now at 8. I telephoned Jansen’s and Eric advised me not to drive it. Within 30 minutes, Charlie and Stan from Jansen’s arrived with a mobile air tank. They inflated the tire and drove my vehicle to the shop. It was late by then so I told them I didn’t need the vehicle serviced until the next day. Early the next day, I received a text that my vehicle was ready. I was not able to secure a ride to Jansen’s until later that day. Before my husband could drop me off to pick up the Traverse, Jansen’s delivered it back to our driveway. I am amazed by and thankful for the outstanding service I receive from Jansen’s all year round, but they really came through for me this week! Thank you!

The wonderful team at Jansen Chevy performed the service that was needed on my 2011 Silverado, and identified several other issues that may need to be looked at as well.
