Andrew is the consummate professional. Respectful, concerned and quick to move toward resolution of any issues with my vehicle. He helped me to load up a new battery, set up a drive with Paul the technician to further evaluate a situation. A front line Lexus individual that leaves the customer feeling like they are the most important individual in the room...Bravo Andrew!
