Andrew did a good job getting info about the air bag recall and how that process will work. He made sure the inspection for that recall did not mean a long wait time for me.
Ski is always very helpful in taking care of any questions and/or issues that we may have with the servicing of our Lexus. We recently texted Ski photos of a dent in our trunk. He quickly got back to us and let us know that our issue could most likely be resolved at Lindsay. We were extremely pleased with the outcome. Ski is great.

I don’t like having to constantly ask for the $2.30 charge for windshield washer fluid to be removed from the bill. It seems like a nickel and dime charge and annoying to see the same charge regardless of whether I need the fluid or not
