I had no issues with Frank. He kept me informed throughout the process. The issue was that it took a month to get one part to fix the problem.

Frank came and spoke to me about what was wromg with the car. Being alone and feeling completely overwhemed after my car broke down on the highway, Frank went out of his way and helped transfer, not install, my daughter's carseat. He kept me updated on the status of my vehicle the entire time. Although the situation was frustrating, Frank was awesome and making the tough situation, better.

Frank explained everything. You can tell he’s very customer service oriented. I was surprised and a bit frustrated with the high cost to repair a window switch assembly, but that’s not Frank’s fault. Overall, my experience was positive.
This was a terrible experience I brought my vehicle in and it was speculated and diagnosed as a transmission issue however once it was identified to still be under warranty the
representative had a different tone in manner and seemed to not to go forward with the work as advise by the warranty company and requested that I authorize the work to be completed and if the issue wasn’t a trans issue then it was up to me to resolve the 5 hour labor! This is should be covered under the warranty. You can’t say it’s the transmission then have a change of heart once you find out it’s under warranty unless it was never the transmission initially! Funny how it was all good when a it was thought to come out the consumers pocket who doesn’t have the ability to check the transmission but once it was realized the warranty was involved who could check the work a lot of people changed! I have posted on all social media platforms as well contacted several business and friends not to do business here for the shady ways.

Frank took good care of Mé. It’s a shame however that the tech who replaced the hi freq antenna originally couldn’t seal it properly necessitating the second visit
