Check airbag light was not addressed because I did not ask about it. Although this is an obvious life safety issue, no mention was made before sending me on my way. I wo u ld have thought that somthing as important as an airnag light malfunction would have neen mentioned. I was told that they don't do anything unless asked. This was my 1st and last time having my car serviced at this dealer.
Service was prompt, courteous, and professional. Will definitely return for my next oil change and will continue to bring my vehicles to the L1NDSAY Dealership. Although, I hope I do not have to.
I did the express oil change and got there early. I was the first in the garage. At 9:15 I got a text about $1400 worth of additional service I should perform. Another lady in the waiting room was told she needed four new tires like me but funny thing was she just got a new tire last month. I then didn't leave until 10:10 for an oil change and tire rotation. Not only do I feel like I am being tricked into services I don't need but being the first customer in for an oil change shouldn't take over two hours. If there was a closer garage and if I didn't have a lifetime warranty/maintenance plan with Chrysler I wouldn't go to this dealership. In talking with other customers they have the same feeling with this garage. We all agreed to make sure to post our experience on yelp.
Nick was extremely helpful when I dropped off my car and picked it up to get an oil change. I didn’t have an appointment but he was more than happy to help me drop off my car to have the oil changed and get everything checked that I needed for my car.
Brad is a great guy to deal with.
