The whole process was easy, from scheduling the appt online to dropping it off and picking it up. I was promptly notified when my car was ready and everyone involved in the process was pleasant and professional. Very impressed!
Nathan was amazing. From the initial phone call I placed where he answered, to the pick-up of my vehicle. He explained everything perfectly, was kind and courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He kept me informed every step of the way and even went above and beyond to help me, by removing 2 installed car seats, which I needed to have switched over to my rental. He is indeed the reason I will be calling Lindsay if I ever need service again. And I will be certain to ask for him.

Car was not finished when they said it would be. Plus the told me it would be washed but wasn't.when I got back in my car there was mud on my new mates

Jack was amazing and I would love for him to service my car again! Unfortunately my overall experience at this dealership was horrible! I'm completely unsatisfied with everything I had to deal with at the manassas dealership to the point where I asked to speak to the manager and he blew me off as soon as I started to explain to him what was going on. He informed me that he wasnt going to do this tonight and wasnt at all willing to help me. I informed him I would be taking this matter above him and he handed me my papers back told me to have a good night and walked away from me. NEVER helped solved my issue or cared to. In results I will be taking this matter and how I was treated to cooperate to fill a formal complaint.

Took it in for a three recall notices I received from RAM regarding my 2017 RAM and a weather strip over the roof/back of cab that was again peeling away from the roof (this was replaced by the dealership in June 2017). The invoice received when I picked up the truck only identified one of the recall notices - and that part (tail gate issue) was not available and no known time when the part would be available. The dealership did repair the weather strip.
I did pick the vehicle up just before closing (the day shift staff had already left for the day) so understandably I did not get to speak to my service representative.
The other two recall notices may have not been associated with my specific vehicle but I don't know for sure.
