Donna is the best service manager I have had over the many years that I have been bring my vehicle in for service. She is always make sure I get the best service and the necessary work needed on my vehicle. She knows her job and never try’s to convince me to do unnecessary repairs. I am comfortable dealing with her and I no one else.

I am satisfied with the work that was done. However I did not now that I had received a coupon book for the maintenance warranty and was almost scolded about not having it present when getting my oil changed. Apparently it was an inconvenience to look up my warranty in the system. I guess I know now and will be better prepared.

I returned home to visit friends and family this past weekend in the D.C. area. While I was there my car alerted me that I was due for an oil change. I called Lindsay Service and Gino scheduled me to come in Saturday morning. While I was there, Gino alerted me that I needed a new front tire on my car. I was stunned and shocked because I moved to southern Virginia and had recently taken my car to another Cadillac dealership for an inspection in order to receive new license plates. That particular dealership NEVER informed me that a) my oil level was very low and that b) the threads on my tire was visible among other things. Gino caught this and I was able to purchase a new tire and get an oil change. THANK YOU, Gino. Had I ignored the alert and travelled back home that Saturday, I could have had a blow out on the road. NEVER again will I take my car to that dealership again. I have been a customer of Lindsay Cadillac for ten years and let me tell you, I will take the 2 hour drive back to Lindsay from now on. It is totally worth it for me. Lindsay Always Delivers!! Kudos for the update in technology too! My service invoice was sent to me via text and not only does it let you know that your car is ready, but you can pay through their app as well! I love Lindsay Cadillac!!!
