Service itself was great. Everyone was polite and professional. However I think the cost of repair was way too much. $549 for a repair other garages said would be under $200.

The only objection was the Shop Supplies for the key and fob. It’ a mater of principle, All that was done was a matter of syncing the key to computer. This is accomplished by placing the transmitter in the transmitter pocket located in the Center console. after which the transmission battery is replaced. Please identify the “shop supplies” that cost $20.98. This cost is a ripoff. This is not good business! I strongly believe you do the right thing and credit me the $20.98. I presented my voucher for my oil change. When my car was ready, he then tried to give me a bill for the oil change that my voucher covered. He then said that my voucher ended in August of last year but I used the voucher last year as well for the oil change. I was then emailed a bill WHICH I AM NOT GOING TO PAY because i presented my voucher prior to my service and everything was good
