Several scratches found on hood of the car after the hood protector was emplaced; had to make a painful drive all the way back to Cadillac to get hood scratches removed; service provider did exempt the hood protector emplacement charges
Appt took much longer than estimated. First time the car has been returned to us without having been washed. No problem with Nick.

I no longer trust this service dept. We feel like we are told things that are not accurate and need fixing. Example: told Battery is bad. Just replaced 11 months earlier and had no problems. Took the car to where we bought the battery and they printed out battery report in front of me and battery was fine. Also feel like two other items in estimate were unnecessary and therefor did not have done. Donna was honest with me but I feel the technicians put down items that are not necessarily needed. This is a wealth community but not all folks have funds for "optional" work being done. Please do not call me.
Your AC mechanic is really good. What I thought was a leak in the evaporator was just a leaking schreader valve. He found it.
