I spoke with Gino about my concerns upon my first visit. I was lead to believe it was something that would be covered by GMAC because he never said once that it would not be covered or that there maybe a concern with the leather seats being repaired under the 50 mile bumper to bumper new car warranty. I dont know how the damage occurred. NietherGino or the representative that acted on the behalf of GMAC. But what I do have are photographs of the interior and exterior of my 2014 Cadillac ATS. The damage was not there hen I purchased the care. However I took pictures again the very next day when the damage to both front seats. My car was dropped off and stayed in Lindseys Cadillac Service for over 7 days and i had to call Gino to check on the repairs rather than him calling me. And after the car had been there over 7 days without anything being done to correct the problem that wasn't my fault. However as the consumer I got left holding the bag for damaged seats rather than GMAC honouring there manufactures 50k bumper to bumper new car warranty. And I had to call Gino rather than him calling me as a service manager for Lindsey Cadillac I had to call him. Coupled with the fact that nothing was done. I didn't buy a Cadillac for it to set in a shop for over 7 days with extremely poor results. I never violated the new car warranty. The fact that I took photographs the day I purchased the vehicle and the very next day when I realized both front seats where damaged and but concealed in order to sell the car. That's consumer fraud. And no one wants to take responsibility for doing the right thing by repairing the leather seats under warranty vBeause no one knows when or how the damage was done in the first place. My experience with Lindsey Cadillac was incompetent at best. I asked Gino if I could speak with the general manager and it never happen. I'm not taking responsibility for the repair of the seats because it's obvious they were doctored in order to sell the vehicle which is consumer fraud. I'm in the process of drafting a letter to GMAC Chief Executive Officer addressing how I was treated unfair as a consumer by dealership where I originally purchased the vehicle, Lindsey Cadillac servive, GMAC new carservice warranty. I will send a carbon copy to the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs Agency and the Consumer Chambers. I have the photo's of the seats on the day of purchase and the day after that's timed and dated.
