Nick has outstanding customer service. He is always pleasant and goes over exactly what needs to be serviced. He also provides where potential issues with the car are. I appreciate that level of consultation and it allows me to plan for my next service visit.

Gino did an outstanding job as always. One comment, not about Gino, on your automation. I am glad to see that you are using iPads and reducing paper; however, the electron repair order I received from you this morning did not reflect that it was from Lindsay. I suggest you have it reflect Lindsay automotive, so that your customers do not think they are receiving spam. Fred F

Service reps were professional and curtious. Price to replace a oil dipstick tube was absolutely ridiculous. $370 to stick a tube in a hole with an o-ring and make sure it does leak is the ridiculous part and coming up with more than .5 hr of labor seems almost impossible, but you found a way. By the way, I knew what it would take to fix it, but I thought I would see what the dealer would charge given I didn’t have a lot time. Reasonableness was not how I would describe my experience.

Whether I am dressed in athletic outfits or professional business attire, he has always addressed me with the upmost courtesy, professionalism, and human kindness.
