Craig, my rep was fantastic and very responsive. This comment is geared towards the repair on my car. The trim located above my tires were not placed on the car properly after the repair was made on my vehicle. I noticed this after I picked up my vehicle at the shop.
My service advisor, Donna, is the best. She addresses the problems that I identify and ensures that everything is thoroughly checked. I had a problem with the GPS that people on the Cadillac Forum said was driving them crazy trying to get it accurately diagnosed and resolved. I described the problem to Donna and left the dealership happy with my problem solved. It is worth the hour plus drive past other dealers to take my car for service st Lindsay because of the great service she ensures that I receive.
