Made appointment a week prior to date and requested a loaner. When I called to confirm, I was told that no loaner was available so I had to wait for my service to be performed. That service revealed that addition work was needed. Now, magically, a loaner car was available. If one of the features of your dealership, is the loaner program, I would expect it to be offered when requested well in advance.
