Not happy with your service at your dealership don't appreciate being told that I have to spend $2,100 to repair three hoses that don't need to be replaced when there's a recall for one of the hoses on that car I will share this story about how your dealership service department is trying to get some extra money for Christmas by overcharging customers especially disabled veterans like myself and I'll share this with my fellow law enforcement friends so that way none of them will do business with your dealership because that's not fair being overcharged or up charged on anything and then being told that my car needs a transervice after I have already been done at a Volvo dealership not at your location and I was already told by a Volvo mechanic what the car actually needed that was covered on the recall it's a shame that there's people that are dishonest and trying to overcharge because they need money it's embarrassing I will share the story with all my fellow veterans and law enforcement friends making sure they do not do any business with any McGrath dealership thank you and Merry Christmas to all

The paint chips on my car were not completely taken care of, despite being part of the contract I signed to purchase the vehicle. I am a reasonable person and I understand the difficulty of repairing paint in a cold climate, but the fact that this was not completed doesn’t inspire my confidence. Additionally, there is a crack in the grill that appears to be a manufacturing defect which was not addressed and the drive mode scroll button continues to stick, despite my asking for this to be taken care of as well. Barrington is an hour away from me, so returning to the shop to address items that should have already been fixed is very inconvenient for me.

I have never been as overcharged for service as I was today. Plain and simple. My other car is an Audi and the comparable service charges from them are about half. I love my Volvo but with service costs like this I will have to really work at it to buy another one. Extremely disappointed.

Was told 60 minutes to 90 minutes took 2 hours over 2 hours and I get the car back they didn't rotate the tires car at 27000 miles on it left rear tire camber was out did not tell me why the camera was out if something was wore out or anyting not happy bought two Volvos from you not happy
