Expected a 20k service under warranty and was given a 30k maintenance. Regardless of how many times the car was serviced before it should still be given as needsd where the mileage is under warranty.

We had a software update as part of our maintenance work. We got home and realized that the Apple Car Play was gone from the vehicle. We called Mark and couldn’t get it reactivated remotely, so we have to bring the car back tomorrow. We live in Elgin, so this will shoot half of my day tomorrow to get the software squared away again. It’s not Marks fault but it is Volvo’s. Aggravating!

The car is still has lag in pickup when pressing gas. It gives a jerk when the gas pedal is pushed to gain pickup
