Paul Tran was rude and condescending. Was talking to me while also talking on the phone. Not very good at being a customer service representative. All the other reps came to the customers in the waiting room and told them about their cars when they were finished. Paul shouted out my name from the service department and had me come to him. I expect better from McGrath. My previous experience with the service department was good but not so much this time. Made me feel like I was wasting his time.

Thanks for asking. I brought the car in for a recall issue. But when I made the appointment and when the car was dropped off, I said it was nearly sue for an oil change and A2 service. I tried to reach the service department several times and kept getting voicemail. When I finally spoke to a young woman, I told her that it probably needed oil change and she said don’t worry they will call you after they do the recall. But they didn’t call me and my son was there and he just took the car and went home and of course today the light popped on that I need an oil change. I really wanted to get those two things taken care of at the same time. I suppose if I had been there, and not my son, it would’ve been easier however, I did was very clear with the person that I spoke to you on the phone and I wanted to get an oil change as well.

Carlos explained the damage needing replacement. He checked on me several times during the 4+ hours I was there. Your servive department is excellent
