Marc is a top notch service advisor. I appreciate his knowledge and willingness to make my car look and operate at its maximum potential. He is always professional and extremely responsive to my needs. Please make sure to reward him this year for his strong performance and customer service. In terms of the dealership, I am a bit disappointed in the car wash and its inability to clean my car to the level of my previous dealership…Lexus in Glenview. I also was quite disappointed in the cleanliness of my loaner car. It was so filthy, I used my own car wipes to clean up. Please adjust this or I will be buying my next Acura from another dealership.
