Took two hours for an oil change there was a plastic part that holds the oil filter in , they couldn’t get off so they to break the part , didn’t have the replacement part in stock had to go to the auto parts store to buy then finished the oil change ( two hours long) couldn’t pick up my kids from ???? practice at 645 so they had to take an urber which cost me another $ 35 and no competition for for time and extra cost . Did reach out to manager Leo not much help to me to call Mike M so I did ,still waiting to here back from Mike Mconnly I hope this can get resolved if not will need to take buy business elsewhere ( bought a 2017 Toyata for $30,000 in April of 2021 along with six to seven oil changes reply back thanks John C

Marc was really committed in making me feel safe and comfortable with my car’s situation. The way he handled everything from getting my information for the loaner to working with me on the price of the service was so smooth and wonderful and very helpful. We are still having the issue with the entertainment system displaying the wrong time. It reverts back to 7:00 every time we use the car. We are happy with the weather stripping fixes

Paul is superb at his job. I have trusted him for years with my car. He answers all my questions and is patient with me as a customer who has no real mechanical knowledge. He displays good judgement and helps me to make good decisions. Paul has always answered my calls and responded promptly. As long as I can drive and own a car I hope Paul will be there to guide me.
